CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
Muse Modern Salon is a privately owned business and reserves each time by appointment only. To help respect our guest and our employees time and schedule we do ask that you give 24 hour notice of your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation or reschedule made outside of business hours and as well as less than a 24 hour notice will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged a 50% fee. Failure to show up to your reservation is a "no call no show" and will be charged 100% of the reservation booked. Thank you for your understanding.
INVALID PAYMENT
Invalid Payment/ Declined Card:
In the event that your account or card on file is charged due to a late cancellation or a No-show and the funds are declined, Muse Modern Salon reserves the right to restrict your account and payment will need to be made to bring account up to date in order to book future appointments.
LATE POLICY
Late Policy:
Out of respect for our guests and employees schedule, any guest who arrives between 10-15 minutes late for a hair service will be honored at Muse Modern Salons discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments and the full service booked will still be charged.
REFUND POLICY
Service Refund:

Muse Modern Salon does not offer refunds for services, but instead we do offer a complimentary adjustment up to a week after your service was performed to perfect your service in the event that you are not loving your end result.

Product Refund:

Muse Modern Salon will gladly refund or exchange any unopened product within 14 days of purchase. If you have bought and used a product and find that it is not exactly what you wanted, we will exchange the product as along as it’s 75% full and within two weeks of purchase date. We are unable to offer refunds or returns if the product has been used more than 25% and or if the bottle was damaged after the purchase.
